Shipping & Delivery
Currently, we only ship to Canada. Shipping is $9.95 flat rate across all provinces in Canada. Free shipping for all orders above $50.00 (before taxes and including all discounts). Buy more to save more!
If you live in Canada, generally 4 to 10 business days from the date your payment clears for all products. We use Canada Post to ship your products.
You will receive a tracking email within 24 hours of shipment processing. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder as the email sometimes gets blocked by email filters.

Returns & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with our products, you may return the products for a full refund subject to the following conditions:
- You must contact us at support@sealoxhealth.com prior to returning any products.
- Products must be mailed to our corporate address within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unused, in the original packaging and must include the packing slip that came with the shipment to clearly indicate your order number and other details.
- You are responsible for the entire cost of shipping the products back to Sealox except for the following situations:
○ Products mailed to you was damaged when you received them; or
○ Incorrect products are mailed to you (missing, duplicate, wrong item) - If you paid by credit card, we will refund charges through that same credit card. For other methods we will determine that when you contact us.
- Sales and discounted items are final – no refunds are accepted.
The refund amount will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your package.
In the event Sealox is responsible for the cost of shipping the products, we will send you a prepaid shipping label by email.
